Fulfilment & Shipping
To optimise delivery speed and availability, orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses across different locations.
As a result:
- Items may arrive in separate packages
- Delivery times may vary between items in the same order
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

TheraSmart is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Delivered Orders
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
