Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or opened where seals are broken.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.


Non-refundable items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
